Other important information:
Membership is $99 per year exclusive of GST, which will automatically be added to your next 5Star bill. Membership is available to approved business customers. 5Star Reward Dollars are valid for 3 years. If your account is overdue by more than 60 days you will forfeit all your accumulated 5Star Reward Dollars.
